Pay by Phone
With our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, you can access your account any time by calling 620-364-2116.

Automatic
Set up your account to automatically draft your bank account or debit/credit card every month. You can start or stop auto payment on an account at any time.
Mail payments to 2731 Milo Terrace, Lebo, KS 66856. Allow adequate time for the postal service to deliver your payment. Payments are considered received when delivered to our office, not by postmark date.
Drop Boxes
Payments may be left in secure drop boxes at any 4 Rivers office: Emporia, Fredonia, or Lebo (BETO Junction). Payments may also be dropped at the Burlington branch of First National Bank of Kansas.
Bank Payment
If you initiate bill-pay service with your bank, they debit your bank account and mail a check directly to 4 Rivers. These payments are subject to late fees if not received by the due date each month.
Budget Billing
Budget billing, sometimes called an “even payment plan” or “levelized billing”, gives members more consistent monthly payments by considering an account’s usage history and fees. These accounts are evaluated periodically to reflect changes in usage/fees, minimizing large credits or balances.
Prepaid Billing
With prepaid billing, no deposits, late fees or disconnect/reconnect fees are assessed. Payments can be made at your convenience throughout the month toward your prepaid balance. Each day, the cost of the previous day's power is deducted from your prepaid balance. Account balances can be checked daily via SmartHub app, online, or by calling.
Invoice Billing
Members with multiple accounts can consolidate accounts into a single invoice. Call us to set this up.
