Automatic Payment
Automatically draft your bank account or debit/credit card to pay your monthly bill. You can start or stop auto payment at any time. Never miss a due date! Set up autopay in SmartHub.
Bank Bill-Pay Service
Many banks offer online bill-pay services that send electronic payments directly to 4 Rivers. Your bank will debit your account and transmit the payment electronically. Payments must be received by the due date to avoid late fees. Please allow sufficient processing time for your financial institution when scheduling.

Cash Payments
Use cash to pay in-office or at a VanillaDirect Pay retail partner using the barcode located in SmartHub or your electric bill. Payments post to your account within minutes with this convenient option. [Click here for participating VanillaDirect Pay retailers]
Secure Drop Boxes
Secure payment drop boxes are located at each 4 Rivers office: Emporia, Fredonia, or Lebo (BETO Junction).
Pay By Phone
With our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, you can access your account, check your account balances, and make payments at any time by calling 620-364-2116.
USPS Mail Payments & Billing
Payments may be mailed to 2731 Milo Ter., Lebo, KS, 66856. Payments are considered received when delivered to our office, not by postmark date, so please allow ample delivery time. Unless paperless billing is requested, bills will be mailed via USPS.
Budget Billing
A levelized billing provides more consistent monthly payments based on historical usage/fees. Eligible accounts are reviewed periodically to reflect changes in usage/fees, helping to avoid large credits or balances. Sign up on SmartHub or call us.
Paperless Billing
If paper clutter is weighing you down or the mail service is delivering your bills too late to process a timely payment, sign up for paperless billing on SmartHub or call us to enroll. Saving the co-op postage fees helps cut costs!

Prepaid Billing
Rather than a traditional monthly bill, energy usage is billed daily and deducted from your prepaid balance, which can be monitored and paid anytime using SmartHub or by phone.
