Annual meetings are an important part of 4 Rivers Electric Cooperative, ensuring that you, the members, have a direct voice in the governance and future of your cooperative. These gatherings provide a platform to stay informed about key developments, financial updates, and upcoming projects while allowing you to engage with leadership, ask questions, and vote on important matters. As a member-owned cooperative, your participation is vital in shaping policies, electing trustees, and reinforcing the principles of transparency and democratic control that set cooperatives apart.

 


 

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members of 4 Rivers Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be held at the Anderson Building - Lyon County Fairgrounds, 2700 W. Highway 50, Emporia, KS, on Monday, March 23, 2026. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m., with an evening meal and registration beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The centerspread of your March edition of Kansas Country Living magazine features the official annual meeting notice, president and manager reports, 2025 financial reports and meeting minutes from the 2025 annual meeting.

To ensure an accurate number of guests for the meal and meeting, we ask that members and guests RSVP by either returning the postage paid card in March's Kansas Country Living, calling 620-364-2116, or using this RSVP link to indicate the number of attendees for the meal on March 23.
