Operations Coordinator
Support daily operations and communications of 4 Rivers' electric distribution system in this organized, detail-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatching outages and service requests.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Assist with outage communications and emergency response activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, communication, computer and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well as a team.
- Experience in operations coordination, dispatch, customer service, public works, construction, utilities or business software is preferred.

Member Services Representative
Serve as a trusted energy resource, helping members make informed energy decisions through responsive service, clear communication and practical education.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain electric service, billing, and energy use while providing guidance on energy efficiency and Cooperative programs.
- Coordinate distributed generation applications, member communications and required documentation.
- Develop member communications for print, digital, social media and outage-related channels.
- Coordinate educational programs, presentations, community outreach and assigned Cooperative events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Relevant utility, technical, member service, communications or energy-advisory experience may substitute.
- Strong analytical, research, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with computers, business software, data and communication systems.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Cooperative’s service area.
